General Meeting

We have just finished another general meeting, and we on the board can be pleased that it was a good general meeting, which was conducted in a really good way.
At the general meeting, there were some changes in the board. Thus, we can welcome
Dennis Pinto and Kim Rømer, who joined the board. Unfortunately, Kirsten chose to withdraw from
the board. We would like to thank Kirsten for her efforts on the board, it was appreciated.
Two topics were adopted at the general meeting.

Laundry room, payment

One is that we need to have a payment and booking system installed in our laundry. It is a system that we rent from Miele. The system has been ordered and Miele has confirmed the order. The schedule for
installation is still unknown. But for the individual resident, this will mean that we will get a laundry card, which can be topped up with a payment card. At the same time, you will be able to book time in the laundry via Miele's app. More information will be available when we know the final schedule.

TV/internet provider
The other thing that was decided was to change TV/internet provider to Norlys. This order has also been
late. In connection with the change, we will be upgrading our antenna system so that we can get up to
1000 mbit internet. There is a currently unknown termination on our YouSee right now, but we assume that it is
1 year. So it will probably be some time before the change happens. But we will return again when there is
more information about this.

Maintenance plan

The board has also started to get a maintenance plan made by Make. They will come
in May and inspect our properties. In this connection, a letter was sent by email to
residents, where we have their email. It encourages you to send information if you have anything you feel
should be included. At the same time, we are looking for residents where we can inspect their apartment, we will need
about 6 if possible. You are welcome to write to E/F Glostruphøj III if we can see your apartment.

Water consumption

Once again, we would like to point out that there is still a very high water consumption in both
buildings. The board encourages you to check if there is a toilet that is running, as this could be the
probable reason, as there is constant water consumption 24 hours a day.
As we also mentioned at the general meeting, the replacement of the roof on Stadionvej will be postponed for a few
weeks due to the summer holidays. The good thing is that we will have our gardens a little longer before they are filled with
scaffolding.
