We welcome you to the homeowners assosiation Glostruphøj III. On this home page you can find informations about our association, and the homepage is also a platform to communicate with our residence. Unfortunattly not all content will be available in English, but we are aiming to have the most important informations translated to English.

Our association

Glostruphøj III consist of 2 buildings that was build in 1970, and toatlly we are 66 apartments from 1 to 4 rooms. The buildings consist of Stadionvej 43 (51 apartments) and Vestergårdsvej 23 (15 apartments) with associated shed buildings for trash, bicycle parking etc. All apartments have their own basement. Both building are heated by district heating.
 

Common facilities

On both buildings we have locked sheds and basements furnsihed for bicycle parking and space for baby strollers. There is also sheds for trash handeling with source sorting, common outdorr areas with tables and benches- There is also parking areas with a number of parkingspots for the association. Aside from that we also have following common facilities in the basement on Stadionvej 43: Communal laundry, billiard room, coomon room/party room and a small workshop.
