As decided at the last general meeting, we are changing our TV and internet provider to Norlys. The change will take place on March 1. Unfortunately, March 1 is a Sunday, so there is a risk that the old supplier will close for us on March 1, while Norlys will not be able to open until March 2.

The plan from Norlys is as follows:

• On February 26-27, Norlys will remove the filters and convert the system to Docsis 3.1 – this means that there will be interruptions throughout both days between 9-16 (TV and Internet)
• On March 2, we will set the signal at around 7:30 and the expectation is that there will be a signal at 10:00, after which the TV must be set and the modems connected.

To get started, invite Norlys to an information meeting:

Norlys will be providing 3 people.

Date: February 12
Open house at 14:00–19:00, where residents can come by, order and pick up equipment
Information meeting/presentation of Norlys at 17:00 – what exactly do we offer (TV, Internet, Mobile telephony, Electricity, etc.)
Norlys will distribute information about this to your mailboxes, so keep an eye on these.

The time has come when I will pass on the chairmanship to a new driving force.

For personal reasons, I will be selling my apartment and thus moving out of Glostruphøj III in the not-so-distant future and cannot re-apply as chairman or part of the board at the next general meeting.

Therefore, this is a call to consider whether you could have the courage to take over the position as chairman of our owners' association.

Our laundry uses Download airwallet_folder.

Prices are 15.00 DKK for a wash and 1 DKK per. approx. 5 min dryer.

The laundry can be booked either in the Airwallet mobile app, or at the terminal in the laundry.

Booking has the following rules:

• You can book a maximum of 5 washes per 14 days.
• Machines are released if the booking is not used within 15 min
• You cannot start a free wash if there is a booking that is within 30 minuteshour
• You cannot start the dryer if there is a booking that is within 10 minutes
• You must book both wash and dry if you need to use both. Otherwise, it is free for others to use it.

During times when the machines are not booked, they can freely use

The homeowners' association has now received MobilePay. Payment for rent of the common room will now be made with MobilePay.
