Info from the chairman

The new members of the board were welcomed.

Satisfaction was expressed with the way the general meeting was conducted.

We have received signed minutes of the general meeting today. Claus will ensure that it is distributed electronically by mail. There are still a few residents we do not have mail for, one of whom is officially exempt from electronic
mail from the public sector. Claus will send the list to Mahmut who will ensure that it is distributed to them. Dennis, Kim and Jesper have been added to the mailing list and the website. It was stated that unfortunately we have recently received many SPAM emails (on one specific day we received over 2000 emails). Claus has set up various security measures and hopes that we will see less SPAM now. But if individual members experience this, please contact Claus.

Laundry payment system

The system has been ordered from Miele, we will receive a schedule when all the parts are assembled from Miele.

TV provider

Nordlys has been informed that they will take over as soon as the YouSee contract expires. Nordlys has already visited and inspired with regard to the necessary upgrade of our system. Susi has sent termination to YouSee

Maintenance plan

Make will come on May 28 to inspire our buildings. Claus or Mahmut will be there to unlock and show around. The plan will be made online and finances will be attached. The idea is that we will save up for improvements so that we do not have to borrow money every time.

Roof project

MMake has had various contractors out to inspire the roof and buildings in order to be able to given a more precise offer for the project. The offers have come and there are some financial challenges. Claus will tackle wet MMake and administration to find a solution.

Lamps in the basement

The lamps in our basement are worn and old-fashioned. We have been offered to replace all of them in the basement on Stadionvej. There are 3 different solutions, the most expensive of which is approximately 60 thousand kroner. The most expensive solution contains sensors and WiFi communication between units. The board agrees that this is not urgent and may be included in the aforementioned maintenance plan. Otherwise, the project will be supported on hold for the time being Mahmut, Dennis and Jesper will review and see if we can possibly fix the problem ourselves.

Net on garbage shed

The problem was discussed, and birds have been seen in the shed. But the problem only arises because it is  disorderly in the shed. If the residents keep things tidy so that the lids on the containers can be closed, the birds would not come. Jesper is getting quotes from carpenters so we know the financial consequences

Any other business

Charles Nielsen has noticed that there is a lot of condensation on a drainpipe in the crawl space. This can probably be caused by a toilet that is running. This can be linked to the high water consumption we have noticed. Therefore, Charles Nielsen has tried to inspire the residents who are connected to the drainpipe in question. However, they could not get in to everyone. We have received a list of the missing residents and Mahmut will try to call the residents on the list.
