Roof project
A construction contract has now been signed with Kjær Knudsen, who will be responsible for the physical replacement of the roof. There have been some financial challenges that have now been resolved. The schedule has been moved a bit because of this, as well as the summer holidays. The updated schedule can be seen here.
This also means that the first physical signs that the roof will need to be replaced will soon begin to appear, as a construction site will need to be established and set up.
Payment for washing
On July 2, we had Airwallet installed at our laundry, and in connection with this, a terminal has also been installed in the basement where you can buy and pay for washing and drying with your credit card. Booking washing times is done on the app that can be installed on your smartphone. Or you can book on the terminal installed in the laundry. Of course, like everything else, there is a running-in period and things that need to be adjusted, and we also need to get to know the system, so adjustments can/will be made. But all in all, the system is now running well
Net in the garbage shed
We have installed nets in the garbage shed on Stadionvej, the purpose is to keep birds out so that they don't rummage in the waste and spread it all over the place.
The hedge facing Sandbergvej
Unfortunately, the hedge had not been cut on the outside, and some signs had been hidden in the hedge, which resulted in an order from the municipality. The hedge has now been cut, and we are working to fix it.
We must once again point out, as we also did at the general meeting, that the board's email is not a mailbox where you can express your opinions on various topics. The board is democratically elected by the general meeting to implement the measures adopted by the general meeting, as well as be responsible for the daily operations. There is enough to do when you have a job on the side, for us to also sit and answer various questions. Save them for the general meeting so that it can be discussed there, if it is something the general meeting finds relevant.
Things that are related to normal operations such as washing machines that have broken, light bulbs that need to be changed and name changes are perfectly fine, we receive them and process them as we receive them.
