Heating systems

The board has decided to purchase equipment so that both heating systems will be online. At the same time, we have made an agreement with our plumbing company to service both heating systems. Thus, Charles Nielsen will be responsible for all our plumbing in the future. They will do "daily" maintenance, including turning the heating on and off, and if the online systems generate alarms, they will also take care of this.

MobilePay

Since it is generally difficult in society to handle cash, and for us it is also difficult. We are therefore in the board of directors about getting MobilePay set up, primarily for renting out common rooms, but it could also be relevant in the future if, for example, we wanted to have a summer party, work days or if there were other things we could do in the owners' association that would cost money.

Laundry

The board also agreed to look at a more widespread payment for our laundry room. We now all pay for individual electricity, but the washing machine and dryer also cost money to maintain, and also need to be replaced over time when they are worn out. So to ensure that there is money for these purposes, we believe that it is only fair that those who use and wear out the machines are also the ones who pay to keep it running. And as mentioned, we need to find a solution that is cashless. We will therefore raise this at the upcoming general meeting.

The garbage shed on Stadionvej

It is still a problem that the garbage shed on Stadionvej is not kept in order. We have been in dialogue with Glostrup supply, who have moved the containers around a bit and changed the cardboard containers to ones with a "letter slot". The lock on the shed is broken, which is very unfortunate since a new one costs 4-5000 kr. It is there for a reason, and it is certainly not to bother. At the same time, there are also people who put construction waste in the shed, we must point out that this is not allowed, and you must dispose of it yourself.

Water consumption

We have problems with very high water consumption. First it was on Vestergårdsvej, now it is on Stadionvej. We on the board have no way of locating where the problem is, so please keep an eye on whether your toilet is leaking. It may look “insignificant”, but when it runs 24 hours a day, it becomes a considerable amount and costs us a lot of money.

Roof project

The contract with Mmake is now in place and approved by the board. Mmake has been here and done the first asbestos tests. Due to holidays, there have been some small adjustments to the schedule, but nothing that affects the overall plan.
