Extraordinary general meeting
Unfortunately, there have been a number of challenges with the roof project, so the general meeting has been postponed a few times. We are working hard with everyone involved and hope to be able to come up with a final date soon. But it will probably not be until the beginning of the new year 2025, date and notice will follow.
Water/Heat
At Stadionvej 43 in particular, we have had a lot of service and maintenance at the Water Supply. This has meant that the water has been shut off for periods in all or parts of the building. We are of course sorry for that, but it has unfortunately been necessary as we have partly had general maintenance carried out, as well as had some things that did not work optimally which needed to be fixed in order to be able to supply both cold and hot water to all owners. There are still a few things that need to be put in place, we hope that it will be finished as soon as possible so that we no longer have to disturb the water supply.
YouSee
Has announced that prices will increase from 1 January 2024 (2025 Yousee increasment) It is not something that we on the board have any influence on. This means that co-payments will increase accordingly,
Garbage
Unfortunately, we still see that the rubbish shed on Stadionvej in particular is being misused, and again there is construction waste which is not removed by Storskrald. We refer to Waste sorting at Glostrup forsyning
Bicycles
There is a lack of bicycle parking, so those who put their bicycles in storage either due to winter or for some other reason, are asked to store their bicycles in the basement, so that others who use their bicycles actively can benefit from our bicycle parking.
