As we urgently needed to clerayfy a possible fee for handeling unsubscribe or subscribtion to the YouSee television packages, we will have a vote by mail. Below is the agenda and the result of the vote.
To avoid wating time to meet up ine the common room i am trying to make it by mail. If there is any objections against this way of doing it, i will arrange a meeting in the common room.
Reffering to the mail from our administrator we need to vote if we agree to add the fee payment for subscription or unsubscription from YouSee.
We vote about following:
- In the future you can unsubscribe from YouSee at least 2 month in advance of the end of a quater, to the administration - this means that you need to unsubscive no later than 31/1, if you want unsubscribe in the quater that ends 31/1. Our administrator will add a fee of 500 DKK plus tax, a total of 625 DKK, and this fee is for both subscription and unsubscription from the owner that want to make the change.
Members in favor of this suggestin, reply with "For".
Menbers against the suggestion, reply "imod" - if you do NOT agree to add the above fee.
If this suggestion is not approved, i suggest to call in for a meeting where we can discuss above proposal.
For good manners, onle Pia, Ove, Mahmut og Claus is entitles to vote.
I would like to have your reply no later than Friday 12/1-2024 as thoese that want to unsubscribe in this quater need to do this no later than 31/1-2024.
