Election of minutes:
Claus was elected.
Info from the chairman:
We need to have started a project to install consumption meters for water and heat. It has been a
legal requirement since 1997. Mmake can help with the project itself. The board agrees that the residents should
be advised as early as possible, as some residents may have "walled" the installation inside.
Mmake sends a contract to the administrator so that we can get started with the roof project.
There is a large water leak on Vestergårdsvej. An email has been sent to all residents on Vestergårdsvej about this,
and a "red line" has been made on the website.
Heating central online
We have received an offer for online monitoring of our 2 heating plants. Charles Nilsen (our plumber) informs that they can take over the service of the 2 centrals, as well as turn the heating on and off. Claus contacts Charles Nielsen with a view to having the online system installed, and to receiving an offer for a cooperation agreement.
Antenna insurance
We have investigated whether the current antenna insurance is up to date and whether we may have another insurance that covers it. The current insurance is the best suggestion, but it is also difficult to find that type of insurance on the market. We can consider it in connection with alternative antenna supply. (See later)
Car chargers
According to the general meeting minutes, we must look into having charging stands installed. Mahmut takes up Clever.
Antenna supply
Again in relation to the general meeting minutes, the board is also required to look at alternative antenna supply.
Claus takes up Norlys again who has previously presented their solution.
Any other business
It is a problem that cars from the neighborhood are parked in our parking lot on Stadionvej.
There are some who do not remove their laundry in the laundry room. We are monitoring the situation.
Mahmut and Kisten will try to find and get offers from alternative service companies.
