Board meeting 05 November 2024
Present were:
Claus, Ove, Pia, Kirsten, Mahmut
Info from the chairman:
Burglary resident has received a damage report for a broken window.
Gartner service will visit on Thursday 7/11. Will inquire about bulb replacement.
Extraordinary general meeting:
Postponed again, new date unknown.
Will probably have to split into two meetings. One with the roof and one with the accountant. For the roof it is used as J.O. audit has done.
Loan:
There is a lack of loan offers, Nordea is working on this but has run into some difficulties.
Accountant:
PFK auditor can take us in. Claus has spoken to them d.d. and waiting for offers. They decided to continue with PKF Munkebo Eriksen Funch as an alternative. The administration already uses this auditor.
After a heated debate, it was decided that the Board member must stand for re-election or replacement at the next extraordinary general meeting.
Light sources:
Mahmut and Claus join Bauhaus and buy part fluorescent tube and part bulb for outdoor lighting
Electrician:
Mahmut tries to find a house electrician
Plumbing:
Claus wonders once again that it is difficult to get in touch with the plumbing company. Ove will follow up and send you an offer for the online module and service.
Any other business:
There are some plasterboards in the rubbish shed which have not been removed for bulky waste. Mahmut takes hold of Glostrup Forsyning and asks to have them removed. If this cannot be done, we ask Fluxx to get an offer for this.
Website, Claus expressed a desire for a co-administrator, seen in the light of incident with illness. Claus will create a post about this on the website.
A board member expressed a desire to follow up on a heating problem. The board agreed that you can write as a private person, and not involve the board.
Kirsten writes to Fluxx and reminds them of Christmas trees with lights for the beginning of December.
We have received more information about payments to YouSee. This clarifies previous query. The problem is considered solved
