Minutes from the board meeting

Election of minutes:
Claus was elected.

Info from the chairman

Keys to apartments on the 2nd floor are now in place. However, one owner has not been contacted by Kjær Knudsen as expected. Claus follows up with Mmake
There have been problems with the hot water on Stadionvej, Charles Nielsen has repaired what was damaged so that hot water is back on Stadionvej.
There were rumors of a lack of hot water on Vestergårdsvej, this was also investigated, but no errors were found.
According to the administrator, electricity billing was supposed to run "automatically" through Brunata. It is stated that the Administrator has provided all information, but has not heard back from Brunata. The administrator has reached out for a response.

Roof project

Parking spaces have been taken up for Skurvogn on Stadionvej, Claus follows up to see if they can be moved to the lawn, to keep as many parking spaces free as possible.
A number of spaces on Vestergårdsvej have also been blocked off for the scaffolding work, but this has been completed. Claus follows up with Mmake to have the blocking removed.
We gave permission to work on a Saturday when it was promised that there would be no noisy work. Still, there was quite a bit of noise. Claus points this out to Mmake.
There is a lack of screening for pests at a pipe/cable penetration, Claus follows up with Mmake.

Maintained company

Dennis is busy with work and has not had the necessary time to make appointments. However, there is a meeting on Wednesday 10/9 with the company Glostruphøj 2 uses.
There is a desire for the Cooperative Housing Association to also be involved as it can make the task bigger/more interesting. Claus has contacted Dennis about the cooperative housing association

Maintenance and budget

Claus has had a meeting with Mmake about the maintenance report they have made. A large amount (15-20 million) is expected for maintenance over the next 10 years. There are some recommendations for tests and studies that should be carried out as soon as possible.
(Since there was no PC and projector at this meeting, Claus suggested that we look at the plan and the finances together at the next meeting)

Airwallet

Review of the system will also be postponed until the next time due to the lack of a projector.
It was discussed that the system works well as it is now, but some adjustments may need to be made according to booking. We will also look at this at the next meeting.
We have received an email that the payment for laundry may be too high. The board agreed to stick to the current prices

It was asked if we have a date to turn on the heating. Claus states that we do not have a date yet, but that he will contact Charles Nielsen about this.
