Minutes:
Present: J.O. Revision., Claus, Ove, Pia, Mahut, Hasnain, Kirsten.1: Referee Kirsten.
2: The choice of J.O. Auditing as the owner association's auditor was discussed when the Administrator announces that the auditor has not been officially elected, which the board is a little confused about. At the general meeting on May 14, we elected J.O. Audit, but a demand was made to find out whether J.O. audit can be registered until the extraordinary general meeting, which J.O. Audit confirms that they can. The board agrees to continue working with the J.O. audit.
3: MMAKE presents their construction draft of two roof options. They discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the two roof types, eternit / roofing felt, as well as the price difference.
Ove: Believes that the draft on Eternittag is not quite right.
MMAKE looks at the numbers again before the general meeting.
Ove sends an offer to MMAKE from Kjærsgaard Knudsen.
MMAKE explain how the process will proceed.
At the general meeting, the board must have the residents' approval.
The draft (amount approx. 8,802,488) Then they obtain 3 to 4 offers (depending on what we agree with them on) and then the board must talk with them about a decision on which company should put a new roof on.
The board: agrees to propose roofing felt and we will present this at the general meeting.
4: J.O. accountant. Presents proposals for financing.
The various options will be discussed.
The board agrees to recommend a joint loan and an increase of 9%.
5: MISCELLANEOUS
Fluorescent tubes need to be purchased. Mahmut buys them.
Claus advises that the antenna cable is now under control. And Yousee. The cabinet is closed.
Bo moves, so Mahmut takes over emptying the money from the tumble dryer.
Claus talks to Susi about the dates for the Extraordinary General Meeting.
Kirsten talks to Claus from the cooperative about pruning wood in stone
