The board has proposed that there should be an ordinary general meeting on 14/5 at 18:30. However, the date and location have not yet been confirmed, so it is subject to change, although only within a few days.
The agenda has not yet been determined, but we expect the following items to be on the agenda:
- Completion of accounts from 1/6-2023 to 31/12-2023 (after which we change the financial year to 1/1 to 31/12, in accordance with the normal articles of association)
- Switch to self-payment for electricity, as well as a reduction in joint payments
- Plan for replacing the roof on Stadionvej (possibly information only, with a view to a later extraordinary general meeting)
